BROOKLYN FARMER wins Audience Award at Ashland Independent Film Festival

BROOKLYN FARMER took home the Audience Award for Best Short Documentary at the 2014 Ashland Independent Film Festival in Ashland, Oregon this April. We couldn’t be bigger fans of the festival and thank the audience for speaking out about their support for the film.

The Juried Award for Short Documentary went to Rougarouing by Michael Palmieri and Donal Mosher, an equally eerie and joyous look at rural Mardi Gras celebrations in Cajun Louisiana. Other standout films included Before I Disappear by Shawn Christensen and Obvious Child by Gillian Robespierre, starring Jenny Slate– be sure to catch them when they play in your area.

Again, thank you to everyone who advocated for the film and all of the great folks who organize the Ashland Independent Film Festival.
