We’re Going to Antarctica

WILLIAM AND THE WINDMILL has been selected as one of the 8 top documentaries from 2013 screening at the first ever Floating Polar Film Festival, taking place on a 23-day voyage from Argentina to Antarctica and back.

The festival will be hosted on the Quark Expeditions vessel Sea Spirit, and was curated by and in partnership with Toronto’s Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival.

WILLIAM AND THE WINDMILL will play alongside such notable films as “The Human Scale” by Andreas M. Dalsgaard about the limits of urban development and “Which Way Is the Frontline From Here: The Life and Times of Tim Hetherington” by Sebastian Junger, a deeply moving portrait of a war photographer killed in the Lybian civil war.

The festival sets sail on November 2nd. For more information go to quarkexpeditions.com.
